Arrive at Least 15 Minutes Prior to Your Scheduled Starting Time!
Cancellation Policy: We have a firm 12 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are not able to make your reserved starting time or if you will have fewer players than reserved. Your card on file may be charged for any no shows related to your reservation.
Pairings: Groups will be paired into 4somes as much as possible. If your group has less than 4 players, expect to have other players paired into your group. Great opportunity to make new friends! Players may pay green fees for “extra players” to keep their group “closed” to other players. This needs to be stated at the time of reservation and the extra fee(s) will be collected upon arrival or charged to the card on file.

Shared Carts: Public Green Fees Include ONE Seat on a Cart. Players will be paired together to Share Carts unless a Separate Cart Fee is Paid in the Golf Shop for the “Extra Seat” including Non-Players accompanying players for the round. Circumstances beyond our control do not exempt players from this policy.
Pace of Play: Desert Willow is a Par 60 Executive Course. We ask that groups complete each hole in an average of 10 minutes. 3 hour finish time for 18 holes & 90 minutes for 9 holes. Groups taking longer than allotted time, out of position, not playing promptly, etc… will be asked to skip holes to regain their position on the course.
Cart Operation: Carts are to be operated in a responsible and respectful manner. Carts are to be kept on Paved Paths as much as possible on all holes. Reckless driving or inappropriate operation of Golf Carts will be grounds for immediate expulsion from property without refund.
Valid Driver’s License is Required to Operate Golf Carts. NO Exceptions!
Discounted Rates: Twilight & Super Twilight starting times are NOT guaranteed to finish 18 holes. Fees are discounted to reflect this condition. No Rain Checks or Refunds will be issued for Twilight & Super Twilight tee times.
Course Closed Time: Course Closed Time is BEFORE Sunset each day and is posted in the Golf Shop, Cart Staging Area and Explained at the First Tee before entering the golf course. Players will need to finish play at the designated time regardless of “daylight” available or number of holes played for Safety, Security & Insurance Purposes. Players not cooperating with this policy will be escorted from the property by law enforcement & cited for trespassing.

Proper Golf Attire Required for ALL Golf Areas & Any Persons On Golf Property (Non Players Included)***
Collared, Mock Neck or Turtleneck Shirts
Sleeveless Blouse w/ Collar (Women)
Slacks, Dress Denim, Appropriate Length Shorts / Skorts
Soft Spike Golf Shoes & Tennis Shoes
NOT Allowed
Tank Tops, Cut Off Shorts, Spaghetti Strap Tops, Sundress without Collar, Halter Tops, Tube Tops, Showing of Mid-Riff, T-Shirts, Work Out / Gym Attire, Swimwear, High Heels, Cowboy Boots, Other Sports Cleats, Metal Spike Golf Shoes, Barefoot and Any Other Apparel that is Deemed Inappropriate by Desert Willow Golf Course Staff.
***Proper Golf Attire is at the Discretion of Desert Willow Staff.
Junior Fees: Junior fees are walking only. Access to operate a cart with Valid Driver’s License defaults to Regular Public Adult Green Fee applicable to starting time.
